Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may Return and get a Refund if you did not receive your order, the goods were damaged upon delivery, or not what you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Re-delivery should take approximately day 7-14 working days. We will contact you regarding any additional shipping fees, if needed.

Exchanges / non-returnable items

Due to health protection or hygiene reason, all products sold are not suitable for return or exchange, unless defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Our exchange policies are valid for 3 days from the day you receive your orders. After 3 days, we are unable to offer you an exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Postal Charges

You are required to return the items to us at your own cost, and to bear the shipping fees to deliver the exchange items.

Return Process

Kindly email your inquiry to unitednailsupply@yahoo.com with subject “Return Item” before return the purchased item.

To enable a smoother and faster return process, kindly email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) and state the conditions for return.

We will proceed with the refund of the returned item or exchange item upon receiving it. Refund will be credited to your bank via online banking (Malaysia only) within 7-14 business days after receiving the return parcel.
